RISE introduces high school sophomores, juniors, seniors, and incoming freshmen to a supportive community focused on Black student success.
Note: RISE 2024 is only for incoming freshmen and their families. Sign up for our interest list below to get information about upcoming programming for high school sophomores, juniors and seniors.
RISE offers a unique opportunity for Black students to:

Save the Date: August 16-17, 2024
Join us for RISE 2024 – a two-day experience for incoming freshmen and their families.
RISE will introduce you to a supportive community that encourages academic success, personal growth, and leadership development. Get to know your new home through presentations, workshops, mentorship opportunities, community-building activities and more.
Day One of RISE will include a series of presentations for you and your family, while Day Two will be an off-site excursion exclusively for you to build community with your fellow Broncos.
RISE participants who plan to live on campus in Fall 2024 will be allowed to move in on August 16.
The registration deadline for RISE is August 1, 2024, or until the program has reached maximum capacity.
Please note that only those who have registered for RISE will be able to participate in the program.
