Diploma FAQ
Once your degree has been awarded you will receive a Diploma Information email with additional information. Diplomas are ordered once a week and once shipped, will take 14-21 business days to arrive. Diplomas are shipped to the mailing address on your BroncoDirect.

If you are an active student, you can manually change your mailing address on BroncoDirect. If you are no longer active, you will use the Online Diploma Store to order additional diplomas. The Online Diploma Store allows you to enter the address of your choice. If you need more assistance, please email diplomas@cpp.edu and include your Bronco ID and the new address.

Diplomas are no longer available for pick up. All Diplomas are mailed to your "mailing" address in BroncoDirect.

To order a duplicate diploma, you could use the link provided: Online Diploma Store. You will first need to submit a diploma request before ordering a diploma. You can search for your diploma using your Bronco ID if you graduated during or after 2005. If you forgot your Bronco ID or graduated before 2005, click the 'Submit a Diploma Request'. Fill out the request to help find and confirm your diploma. After submitting the diploma request, the Registrar's Office will review the request and send an email. It may take up to 48 hours for the email to be sent. The email will have a Secure ID and a unique link to complete the order. Log in using the Secure ID and complete the necessary steps to order your diploma. You may use a debit/credit card to pay your diploma fee.

If you are a current graduate, we cannot guarantee international delivery. However, we do recommend using a US mailing address of a relative or close friend who can ship the diploma to you.
If you are ordering a duplicate diploma, using the online diploma store, you can pay for shipping and receive a tracking number.
