Freshman Orientation Dates and Details

Before You Make a Reservation

• Before you can make your reservation, you must submit your Intent to Enroll and pay your Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (if applicable). If you received an enrollment deposit waiver, you must still submit your Intent to Enroll. 

• Make your Orientation reservation beginning April 2, 2025. The deadline to register for orientation is May 9, 2025. 
• If you do not make your reservation by the deadline, your admission to CPP will be withdrawn.
• Making your Orientation reservation signs you up for the CPP Pre-Orientation modules and Orientation Day.
• To make your reservation:
  • Log in to your CPP Bronco Applicant Portal
  • Click the direct link in your Orientation invitation email
• You will receive a confirmation email when your reservation is confirmed.

• The CPP Pre-Orientation modules are a self-paced online course, divided into three components:
  • Modules 1: Campus Welcome and New Student Resources
  • Module 2: Advising and Registration Resources
  • Module 3: Student Support Services and Student Life
• You must complete the first two modules for your Orientation Registration (ROS) hold to be removed. Your ROS hold will be removed two business days after you finish module 1 & 2.
• You must complete the third module by the start of the Fall 2025 semester.
• Completing the CPP Pre-Orientation modules means viewing all sections and passing the final test with a score of 80% or higher. You will receive a certificate via email once you successfully complete the entire CPP Pre-Orientation.
• If you do not complete the entire CPP Pre-Orientation, you will have a registration hold for your next semester class registration.

• Your Orientation Registration (ROS) hold will be removed one to two business days after you finish Parts 1 and 2 of CPP Pre-Orientation.
• You must attend Orientation Day for your Orientation Advising (OAV) hold to be removed. Your OAV hold will be removed prior to the start of your registration window on Orientation Day once your attendance is recorded.
• Finish Part 3 of the CPP Pre-Orientation Modules before the start of the Fall 2025 semester to avoid having the ROS hold re-applied to your student account.

• At your orientation, you will have the opportunity to do the following: meet students, staff, and faculty, learn about your college, receive academic advising, and register for your first semester of CPP classes.
• You select your Orientation Day when you make your Orientation reservation. You only attend one Orientation day.
• If you do not attend Orientation Day, your admission to CPP will be withdrawn. If you can no longer attend your reserved Orientation Day, contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Be sure to include your Bronco ID so we can assist you quickly.
