Marine scientist and Biological Sciences Professor Jeremy Claisse and graduate student Natalie Shubin (‘26, master’s in marine biology and biological oceanography; ‘23, environmental biology) were among scientists and researchers from more than two dozen institutions and organizations that contributed to the Aquarium of the Pacific’s inaugural Marine Species Report Card, which was released earlier this month. The report assesses the population status of 30 mammals, fish, birds, kelp and invertebrates.
