New Campus Hub Website Launched to Ensure Voices Heard

In line with Cal Poly Pomona’s commitment to a safe and inclusive environment for students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community, the university has officially launched Report@CPP, a new campus reporting hub website.
Report@CPP lists all reporting options available to any member of the community who may be experiencing concerns and/or need campus resources and support for themselves or others. The goal of the reporting hub is to direct community members who may be in need of support to the appropriate and specific resource. Importantly, the new website does not change any current processes, forms or reviewers, and was developed in collaboration with stakeholders across campus.
“Cal Poly Pomona remains committed to providing an inclusive environment where all members of the community feel safe, respected, valued, and can thrive,” said Jonathan Grady, senior associate vice president for equity and belonging, who led the hub’s creation. “When a member of our community experiences a concern, it is important to ensure they are aware of reporting options and resources and receive timely responses.
The website is organized by affiliation, allowing users to scroll through available reporting options by students, faculty and staff. Confidential resources are also available, including Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Survivor Advocacy Services.
Report@CPP will also serve as a useful tool for faculty and staff members who are looking to find ways to connect with resources both as an employee and to make referrals on behalf of their students, including the Care Center and Student Conduct and Integrity.
“It is with hope that Report@CPP will help to promote an empowered, healthy, transparent and accountable culture where everyone feels confident that their voice matters and their concerns are genuinely heard, taken seriously, and attended to with a sense of urgency, equity and intentionality,” said Grady.
