Campus Police Seek Help to Identify Burglary Suspect

University Police are seeking the campus community's assistance in identifying a man suspected of burglary and theft in University Village.

The burglary occurred between 5:50 and 6:10 a.m. on Aug. 1. The suspect broke into a 24-hour vending machine inside a small structure near the village's Community Center. He stole several food items and damaged wires and cables in the machine.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned man in his late 30s or early 40s, with brown hair and a possible goatee. He was wearing a gray hoodie, light-colored pants, and a white fabric belt. He also may be involved in three bike thefts in the village.
