Greg Young, professor in the finance, real estate and law department delivered two lectures in September, tapping into his extensive knowledge of international law. Young's first lecture - "International Securities Regulation: the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission's Global Influence" - was given to a group of investment officials and administrators from the Zhejiang Province in China. They visited Cal Poly Pomona through the College of Extended University. Then, Young spoke with students at University of San Diego's School of Law. As a member of the International Law Association's Committee on Bilateral Investment Treaties and Development, Young was asked to discuss international commercial arbitration.
