Denton (Denny) Mosier, director of I&IT Support, has been appointed to a citizens¿ commission of the Pomona Unified School District that will review excess district property and recommend what to do with the real estate. The commission, dubbed the ¿7-11 Commission¿ because the commission would have either 7 or 11 members, is composed of seven community members from diverse backgrounds.
Mosier was one of 16 individuals interviewed for the seven positions, and the school board approved the appointments Sept. 13. The project is expected to take at least 18 months, beginning in October.
