William Hughes reelected vice president of national organization

William Hughes, director of the W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center

Professor William C. Hughes, director of the W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center, has been reelected vice president of the National Affiliates of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and will serve as an officer on the board of directors for the organization.

The 85,000-member USEF encompasses all breeds of horses in the United States, from Arabians to Morgans to Andalusians. The organization is the governing body for equine sports in this country and in Europe and will conduct the 2010 World Equestrian Games in Lexington, Ky., this September.
