Foundational Level General Science (FLGS) Credential
The MSTI Program supports Cal Poly Students and Multiple Subject Credentialed Teachers currently working in the classroom who are interested in obtaining their Foundational Level General Science Credential. CSET online courses, workshops, and one-on-one tutoring are provided free for those who have a strong interest in teaching science.
Requirements for obtaining a FLGS Credential for current credentialed teachers:
- Pass the CSET Science Subtest I (test code 215)
- Complete a secondary science teaching methods course
