Scanning and Printing
Print Release Stations
Printing is currently limited to active Cal Poly Pomona students, faculty and staff. Visitors should visit Bronco Copy 'n Mail for printing.
All research workstations in the library have print capability. Printers are available in the following computer area:
- 1st floor 24 Hour Computer Lab - 1 black and white printer
- 2nd floor near Tech Help Desk - 1 color printer, 1 black and white printer
- 2nd floor near Bronco Community Zone - 1 black and white printer
- 4th floor computer area - 1 black and white printer
- 5th floor computer area - 1 black and white printer
- 6th floor computer area - 1 black and white printer
You can only print from the printing stations located on the floor where you submit your print job. BroncoBucks may be used to activate the print release stations. Detailed printing instructions are posted on each printing station.
You may add money to your BroncoBucks account online ($10.00 minimum).
Printing Prices
- Black and White - $0.10 per page
- Color - $0.55 per page
E-Mailing
Many databases and catalogs allow you to email the records you select to your own email account. Consult the help screens or ask for assistance at the Research Help Desk.
Scanners
There are 5 scanners located on the Second Floor near the Tech Help Desk and an additional scanner in the 3rd floor alcove. Scans will be accessed digitally on the computers the scanners are connected to. You may send your scans to your email or any of the 2nd floor, print release stations from the scanner workstations.
Microform Readers
Microfilm/fiche readers are located on the Sixth Floor, Media Collection. Images may be saved to a USB flashdrive or online storage. Print jobs will have to be sent to any of the print release stations from any computer in the library connected to the print release stations.
