About
Paint maintenance is provided to all general-fund supported university facilities. Facilities performs painting maintenance on a scheduled basis. For non-state service requests and any custom color requests, the costs are charged back to the customer. The Paint Shop maintains 5 million square feet of painted surface on the main campus. The team is responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces, finishing wallboards, plastering, and painting traffic lane stripes.
What We Do
Services include but are not limited to:
- Emergency repair work, (leaks, wall damage, open wall access repairs)
- Graffiti removal (priming/painting)
- Safety striping (stairs/curbs)
- Painting and refinishing of all state (and non-state) funded spaces
- New painting projects
- Parking lot painting and restriping
- Accent walls
