Philip Pregill is Professor of Landscape Architecture. He teaches design, theory, history, and graphics in both the graduate and undergraduate programs. He is coordinator of the Landscape Architecture Italy program and is co-author of 'Landscapes in History: Design and Planning in the Eastern and Western Traditions'. His current research interests include visual perception in design. Phil Pregill has contributed articles to various venues regarding contemporary issues in Landscape Architecture. He has also had numerous works included in regional and national fine art competitions. He received his Bachelor of Arts and his Master of Landscape Architecture degrees from the University of Oregon.
