Bio

Dr. Lianlian Lin is a Professor of Management at Cal Poly Pomona. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, and LL.M. degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School.  She teaches principles of management, international management, and senior projects. Her student donated a scholarship in honor of her. Dr. Lin has done interdisciplinary research and cross-cultural studies on business management, economics, finance, and law.  She published her research not only in business and economics journals but also in legal journals such as Yale Journal of International Law, and University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Economic Law. She wrote case studies for global business textbooks and served as a reviewer for management textbooks and international business and management conferences.

Dr. Lin is frequently invited to give seminars and speeches about management, leadership, education and talent development. She has served as the president of a few professional and community organizations, including President of Professors and Experts Federation USA, and CEO of Roundtable of Chinese American Organizations. She is a recipient of several outstanding leadership awards, service awards, and achievement awards. Her profile is included in several well-known Who’s Who books in the U.S. and in the world.
