After practicing law as a commercial litigator for many years, Kevin Farmer earned a doctorate in Organization Studies before joining the HR emphasis faculty. In his teaching and research, he focuses on Employment Law, Labor Relations and Alternative Dispute Resolution as well as Organizational Justice and the development of teaching techniques. He is qualified as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management and has earned a credential in California Employment Law from that organization.
