Charles Delgadillo graduated with a doctorate in American History from the University of California at Santa Barbara in December 2010. He has taught survey courses in American History at Cal Poly Pomona since 2014, in addition to courses in World and Western Civilization at other institutions. His first book, Crusader for Democracy: The Political Life of William Allen White, was published in 2018 by the University Press of Kansas. The work is a biography of the famous Kansas journalist, and sheds light on the trajectory of liberalism in the Republican Party. When he's not teaching, grading, or writing, Charles enjoys hiking, traveling, and the occasional opera.
