Flex Cash
To enroll, complete a Benefits Enrollment Worksheet via Poly Doc. Documentation is required showing you are enrolled in a non-CSU group plan. This documentation can be medical/dental ID cards, a letter from a spouse’s employer, etc.
If an employee chooses to participate in FlexCash, the monthly after-tax payment is received:

- You are not eligible to participate in Flex Cash if you are enrolled in medical and/or dental plan as a dependent of another CSU employee.
- You are not eligible if your coverage is through Tricare, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Covered California, or another marketplace.
Tax Advantage Premium Health Plan (TAPP)
TAPP allows you to pay required health plan premiums from your salary on a pre-tax basis. Employees are eligible to participate if they are an active CSU employee enrolled in a CalPERS Health Plan. New employees enrolling in a health coverage will be enrolled in TAPP automatically.
