If you complete your Master’s Degree prior to completing all coursework for your Administrative Services Credential program, your tuition for the remainder of your Administrative Services Credential program will be charged based on the Credential Student Fee Schedule.

Eligibility for financial aid will be based on your status as a Graduate student as long as you are completing both programs concurrently.
If you complete your master’s degree prior to completing all coursework for your Administrative Services Credential program, you will not be eligible for any financial aid for the remainder of the Administrative Services Credential program.
Per the U.S. Department of Education, the Administrative Services Credential program is not an aid-eligible program. There is no federal, state, or institutional grant aid nor federal student loans available for students in this program.

- The Earned Unit Maximums for the State University Grant are based on total earned (completed) units for the Master’s Degree program. Enrolling in courses that are not required for your combined master’s degree and Administrative Services Credential program may result in exhausting your eligibility for the State University Grant.
- The Maximum Timeframe Standard under our Satisfactory Academic Progress for Financial Aid Applicants is based on total units attempted while pursuing your master’s degree program. Enrolling in courses that are not required for your combined master’s degree and Administrative Services Credential program may result in exhausting your overall eligibility for financial aid prior to completing your program.
