If you are interested in pursuing your post-baccalaureate work, we recommend that you carefully review the graduate admission requirements. As you begin to explore your options visit the department website for information on masters and credential programs. All prospective students are encouraged to submit an application through Cal State Apply.
Eligibility for financial aid will be based on enrollment in required teaching credential coursework only.
Enrollment in any coursework that is not required for your Credential program (as detailed in the catalog) will result in an adjustment to your aid eligibility and enrollment status.

The Earned Unit Maximums for the State University Grant are based on total earned (completed) units – regardless of whether or not the courses are required for your Credential. Enrolling in courses that are not required for your Credential may result in exhausting eligibility for the State University Grant prior to completing your program.
The Maximum Timeframe Standard under our Satisfactory Academic Progress for Financial Aid Applicants is based on total units attempted while pursuing your Credential program. Enrolling in courses that are not required for your Credential may result in exhausting your overall eligibility for financial aid prior to completing your program.

Students will follow the same registration process as the graduate students. To view your registration window, log in to your BroncoDirect account and click on Student Center under the Student Self Services menu. Master courses will only be applied to the master’s degree requirement if students are accepted into the program.
