- Eligibility for financial aid will initially be based on your status as an Administrative Services Credential Student.
- Per the U.S. Department of Education, the Administrative Services Credential program is not an aid-eligible program. There is no federal, state, or institutional grant aid nor federal student loans available for students in this program.
Once you officially add the Education Doctorate program, your eligibility for financial aid will be based on your status as a Graduate Student.
- The Maximum Timeframe Standard under our Satisfactory Academic Progress for Financial Aid Applicants is based on total units attempted while pursuing your program. Since the Administrative Services Credential program is not an aid eligible program, we are unable to adjust your Maximum Timeframe to account for concurrent enrollment in that program. Enrolling in courses that are not required for your Doctorate program may result in exhausting your overall eligibility for financial aid prior to completing your program (even if the classes are required for the Administrative Services Credential).
