Minors Attending Event

All minors in attendance be escorted by a parent/guardian or a qualified sponsoring organization. 

Additionally:

• A qualified sponsor needs to provide at least 2 mandated reporters from the sponsoring organization in attendance at the event with/or supervising children 
• All staff and volunteers from the qualified youth sponsoring organization escorting the minors must have completed and passed a fingerprint background check (Penal Code 11105.3 reference in SB 506) 
• All staff and volunteers from the qualified youth sponsoring organization must have received training on child abuse and neglect identification and reporting 
• The qualified youth sponsoring organization will need to provide representatives (mandated reporters) when minors use the designated restrooms.
