He has played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion from 5 local venues to 20 distinguished locations worldwide, significantly enhancing its global presence. Additionally, Jacob oversees Shure Hospitality Wholesale and Shureprint, focusing on wholesale distribution for the hospitality industry.
His innovative spirit shone brightly when he collaborated with Chef Ray Garcia to launch Broken Spanish and B.S. Taqueria, which quickly became must-visit destinations in Los Angeles from 2014 to 2017. Under his guidance, these venues garnered multiple accolades, including prestigious culinary awards, enhancing their reputation as top dining spots in the city.
While Jacob held a significant role as General Manager at the FIG Restaurant at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where he was renowned for his commitment to exceptional guest experiences, his hospitality career is marked by a series of successful ventures. His consultancy work across the Greater Los Angeles Area, along with earlier management roles at SBE Entertainment Group and Wolfgang Puck Catering, has contributed to his well-rounded expertise in the field.
Jacob moved to Los Angeles to pursue his studies at Occidental College, where he studied religious studies and played on the rugby team.
