Jason Himber

Jason Himber is the Chief Executive Officer of MINA Group, a San Francisco-based restaurant management company founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Mina. MINA Group specializes in developing and operating innovative full-service dining concepts and currently owns and operates more than 30 restaurants in the US and Dubai. In his role, he is responsible for the overall performance of the company and its growth strategy, as well as overseeing multiple key business functions, including operations, marketing, real estate, development, capital raising, and investor relations.

Jason’s nearly two decades of experience includes a successful track record in value creation and growing companies across the restaurant and hospitality industries. He has held key leadership positions in finance, mergers and acquisitions, design and development, operations, and marketing at Yum! Brands, CMG Companies, Wells Fargo, GE Capital. 

A graduate of the University of Southern California, Himber holds a bachelor’s degree in international business with an emphasis in finance and has completed advanced programs in accounting, finance, and M&A at UCLA.
