Collins Partners with Centerpointe for Alligator Fabrication Demo

Centerpointe's executive chef led an alligator fabrication demo at The Collins College in preparation for the African American Student Center's Mardi Gras dinner celebrating Black History Month. Chef Kris Arguin was assisted by two HRT students, Will and Ben, who work with him at Centerpointe.
