Parking & Finding Us

  1. The closest parking we suggest is located in STRUCTURE 1 and STRUCTURE 2 on the CPP Campus. Both lots are a bit of a walk to the theatre (plan 10-15 minutes), so please plan your arrival accordingly. 
  2. Accessible Parking is available by Music Building on both sides of Camphor Lane. From Temple Avenue West bound turn right onto University Drive. From Temple Avenue East bound turn left onto University Drive. Turn right on Camphor Lane until you reach a gate. University Theatre will be on your right hand side. Here is a dropped pin to help! 
  3. Parking fees are $5 on the weekends and $8 during the week. The easiest way to pay is through PayByPhone - you can pay through the browser HERE or or download the PayByPhone App for iOS and Android to easily pay on your phone (if you want to pay through the app, we suggest doing this before you arrive.  The PayBy Phone location code for Parking Structure 1 is 29032 and the PayByPhone location code for Parking Structure 2 is 29033. You can use either code to pay for parking in the Accessible Parking lot near the theatre.

Ticketing Information

Tickets are sold at our box office for one hour before showtime. The box office for all peformances is located at the front of our theatre. The box office for Main Stage performances can be reached at (909) 869-3929 during the hour before showtime. To reach the box office, call(909) 869-3929 during the hour before showtime. All other inquiries and questions can be fielded during normal business hours at(909) 869-3929 or by emailing crsutton@cpp.edu

Online Sales

Tickets for all official Department events can be purchased online. The Department of Theatre and New Dance does not sell tickets for A.C.T. or Department of Music events. To purchase such tickets, please inquire with the respective organization.

Group Sales

The Department of Theatre and New Dance welcomes groups of 20 or more people at a $5/person rate. Group rates must be arranged in advance of the event by calling (909) 869-3962.

Refunds and Lost Tickets

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless a performance is canceled. In the event a performance is cancelled, refunds will only be issued to original purchasers. Tickets for a performance may be exchanged for another performance only if the initial performance has not elapsed. No ticket exchanges will be honored if the respective performance has concluded.

Lost tickets can be replaced only if a proof of purchase can be rendered. Order confirmation emails for online sales and credit card machine receipts will be honored as such proof.

Wheelchair-accessible seats are available for all Main Stage performances. Companion seats are available in the same row as wheelchair-accessible seating
