Pre-Credential Orientation

Dr. Michael Slaughter hosted an orientation session for History majors about the pre-credential option on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 12 p.m. in Building 1, Room 109.

Fall Kickoff

The Department held its Fall Kickoff event on Sept. 5, 2024 at 12 p.m. on the third floor patio of Building 94!

Democracy Institute at Ahimsa Center Conference

History majors (and CPP students, faculty and staff) attended the inaugural event of The Democracy Institute at Ahimsa Center scheduled for March 10 and 11, 2023 at Kellogg West. The two-day program, organized by History's Dr. Aishwary Kumar, was entitled "After Life: Identity and Indifference in the Time of Planetary Peril," and featured a fascinating line-up of speakers and events.
