By sending your activity, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Any Content not created by you must be properly credited or made readily available to users by linking users directly to the creator's Content.
• By submitting Your Content to the Services, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights to Your Content contained within these Terms. Because you alone are responsible for creating Your Content, you may expose yourself to liability if you post or share Content without all necessary rights.
• You retain any ownership rights you have in Your Content, but you grant CPP KARES the following license to use that Content.
• When Your Content is submitted to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display Your Content. This license includes the right for us to make Your Content available for syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication by any other individuals who have access to CPP KARES' website.
• We may, in our sole discretion, delete or remove Your Content at any time and for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms or if you otherwise create liability for us.
• CPP KARES reserves the right to refuse submitted content without notifying you of the refusal or reasons behind it. Your Content will be refused if it contains any unlicensed images of children that cannot be removed by CPP KARES, profanity, depiction or description of substance or tobacco use, nudity or otherwise obscene depictions/descriptions, and/or Content without necessary rights.
