students/alumni to our Niagara family. The knowledge you’re gaining from the classroom (or on
Zoom!) can be utilized on our team to continue providing a quality product at a low cost to our
customers.

• During our extremely busy and hectic peak season, Niagara sends ice cream trucks and desserts
throughout the week to employees. The volunteering and sports opportunities that they offer are a

• It’s one of the best experiences straight out of college since Niagara and the PDP program
fosters an environment that eases me into the real-world supply chain, rather than just expecting
me to know it all right away. A lot of the team is just as friendly as they are experienced, and they
love to joke around as much as they like to share their knowledge to make you an all-star. Last one,
the office is awesome! From the art, to the desks, and even the free Niagara products! -Brandon

• The Niagara culture is very hands-on – from the manufacturing plant to our growing supply
chain – we are not afraid to jump in the water! For the holidays, we got blankets and a bottle of
wine delivered to our doorstep …. Vibe check: PASSED. We have a brand-new HQ building with
