Interview with Thang Nguyen
October 2021
Hi! I am a part-time faculty teaching Statistics (TOM 3020) and Operations Management (TOM 3010) at the TOM/EBZ Department. I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. My main research interests are the driving forces behind technological progress. Specifically, I have worked on product quality innovation at the firm/industry and macroeconomic levels. My teaching experience at the TOM Department has reinforced my passion on quality innovation and kindled my interest on coordination and information sharing in supply chain management. I have enjoyed working with my students in Statistics and OM classes. And, I would like to thank my students for their hard work and dedication.
