Interview with Shuo Zeng

Dr. Zeng joined Technology and Operations Management Department at Cal Poly Pomona in 2015. He received a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Eller College of Management, University of Arizona in 2015. He also received a Master of Engineering in Computer Science in 2007 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automation in 2004 from Tsinghua University, China.

Dr. Zeng's research interests include the application of game theory in operations management, principal-agent service contract analysis, business analytics in e-commerce platforms, and sharing economy. His work has appeared in academic journals such as Mathematical Methods of Operations Research, International Journal of Production Economics, IEEE Intelligent Systems, Expert Systems with Applications. His teaching interests are operations management, information systems, and business analytics.
