Cal Poly Pomona (CPP) offers a wide range of on-campus resources to support the academic, personal, and professional development of its students. These resources are designed to enhance student success, promote well-being, and foster a supportive community on campus. Below are some of the key resources available to all CPP students:
Maximizing Engineering Potential (M.E.P.)
Only open to engineering students, both transfer and freshmen. Incoming students are considered prospective students. The program emails all incoming students - please be on the lookout for their email. Our GRAD

Male Success Initiatives
Male Success Initiatives (MSI) is on a mission to help young men of color in their journey through college. We accomplish our goals of increasing graduation and retention rates through specialized workshops and events that benefit students culturally and academically. This achieves a safe place within MSI where everyone can be safe, and no one feels displaced.
Residency Advisory
The Resident Advisor Position is a leadership position within University Housing. Students looking for a leadership position where they can showcase their skills as leaders are encouraged to participate. Open to scholars with a minimum of 12 units completed at CPP at the time of applying. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.3.

Bronco Advising Center
The BAC is Cal Poly Pomona's general academic advising center, available to all students.
We know a lot about Cal Poly Pomona, so even if your question falls out of our scope, we’ll get you the answers you need – no need to travel across campus or call multiple departments.

Located on the second floor of the University Library (Building 15) in Rooms 2919 and 2921, the LRC is the University’s most comprehensive tutoring service, promoting the development of students’ critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills through Academic Skills Coaching, Subject Tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, and the Writing Center.
