I am a software engineer pursuing master's degree in Business Analytics at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. My experience with the Annual Fund has been very positive. I have made many good and positive connections and have raised $19,000 for students . In addition to my academic pursuits, I am passionate about using data to drive impactful decisions and have successfully led several projects that improved operational efficiency and increased revenue.

About Me:
I began attending Cal Poly Pomona last year. My college experience so far has been a rollercoaster, but meeting new people, professors, and encountering fresh ideas has been overall exciting. It's incredible that my financial aid covers my tuition, which allowed me to put my savings toward purchasing my first car. I am incredibly thankful for the opportunities I have received, and I hope these blessings continue throughout my college career and life in general.

About Me:
I decided to attend CPP because of all of the amazing things I heard about the Engineering Program from family, friends, and former classmates. I love Cal Poly’s motto of “learn by doing” because it allows students to not only learn about the topics in class, but also have opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge in the physical world in front of them.

About Me:
I chose Cal Poly Pomona because of its quality STEM education. I was originally a Biology major until I switched to Computer Information Systems. I owe my smooth transition into CIS to my professors and advisors, who have provided me with an incredible support system. My favorite aspects of Cal Poly Pomona are its campus size, relatively affordable tuition, financial aid options, and, of course, the BRIC! I’m happy to say that I have really enjoyed my experience here as a student!

About Me:
I'm originally from San Francisco, so I didn't have many opportunities to gain hands-on experience in agriculture. However, when I first saw our campus farm, the Kellogg Arabian Horse Center, and the livestock units, I knew that Cal Poly Pomona was the perfect place for me to grow and learn. The small class sizes, expert professors, and the university's learn-by-doing philosophy have enabled me to achieve goals I once thought were beyond my reach.
