Payroll Deduction

Cal Poly Pomona staff and faculty may donate to the AdA through payroll deduction, simply:

1. Complete the Faculty/Staff Giving form (PDF)
2. Send your completed forms to AdA Presidents, Shayda Kafai or Katie Kinkopf for AdA tracking and processing. Your donation will then be processed by University Advancement.

One-time Tax Deductible Donation

A one-time tax deductible donation may be made via personal or corporate check:

1. Make your check out to Cal Poly Pomona Access & disABILITY Alliance
2. (Please contact us at skafai@cpp.edu for current mailing address)
3. Upon receipt of your check, the Treasurer will issue you a receipt.

We greatly appreciate your donations which will be used to support AdA programming and events.
