Pasindu Senaratne Student Representative President Associated Students Inc. (ASI) Cal Poly Pomona

Pasindu Senaratne is a third-year finance major and 2019–20 president of Associated Students Inc. (ASI). During his time at Cal Poly Pomona, he has striven to serve the students. From his experience as a senator on the Inter-Hall Council and current position within ASI, he has gained the knowledge and experience it takes to lead a team, communicate with others, and positively represent students and Cal Poly Pomona on local, state and national levels. These positions have given him a holistic understanding of the university and how ASI, housing and councils function. 

The various ASI, university, and CSU committees Senaratne has been part of have been the catalyst for his success and career goals. He would like to increase his knowledge of higher education through graduate school and eventually pursue a career in academic and/or student affairs.
