iLab
What We Do
-
The iLab (both the university department and the maker space) was established in 2015 with student innovation in mind. Initially intended as a meeting space for ESTEAM students to have access to resources such as 3D printers, the iLab stretched to support student creation and collaboration across campus. The iLab facility provides students, staff, and faculty with a space that invites collaboration, ideation, and basic fabrication tools. Students are welcome to the iLab to find assistance with their projects, and to connect and network with others. By building a community encouraging imagination and creation, the possibilities are endless!
