University Receives 10-year Reaffirmation of Accreditation from WSCUC
Cal Poly Pomona has received reaffirmation of accreditation for a period of 10 years, the maximum length of time offered by WSCUC. It's a strong vote of confidence in the university’s strategic plan and commitment to continual improvement.
“This designation is a reflection of our campus-wide commitment to student success and to being an institution that continually strives for excellence in all our endeavors. This achievement demonstrates that our strategic planning efforts, built over years of collaboration across our campus community, are making an impact and that our desire to continually improve serves as our institutional hallmark,” said University President Soraya M. Coley.
As noted in the WSCUC Commission Action Letter, a team will conduct a special visit to the campus. The Fall 2023 Special Visit focused on the recommendations noted in the Commission Action Letter.
