Report @ CPP allows you to share information related to concerning incidents or behavior happening within the Cal Poly Pomona community. Numerous reporting forms can be found on this website, with descriptions for each. Once submitted, the appropriate team will take next steps.
NOTE: If you are experiencing an emergency situation that requires immediate attention, please call University Police at (909) 869-3070 from a cell phone on campus, or 9-1-1 using a campus landline.

For Students
This form is used for reporting issues of Sexual Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Dating/Domestic Violence, and Stalking and will be handled by the Office of Equity and Compliance.
This form is also for reporting discrimination, harassment, or retaliation (DHR) based on protected status.
If you are in immediate danger or require medical attention, please dial 911 or call campus police at (909) 869-3070.
The Care Center is the first place to send students who are of concern or in distress. We connect students to resources they need to succeed (both on and off campus), support them through crises, provide advocacy, and offer Basic Needs services.

The Office of Student Conduct & Integrity responds to a variety of incidents that may include behavioral misconduct, academic dishonesty, and concerning student behavior.
Members of the campus community have the opportunity to report issues that they believe may be a violation of the Student Conduct Code. The Office of Student Conduct & Integrity will investigate reports to determine appropriate action.

The Dean of Students office works to support the family of the student and those directly impacted by the death such as close friends, roommates, professors, advisors and classmates.

CAPS utilizes a customized and equity-based approach that allows the department to adjust the type, duration, and frequency of services that students receive based on their intersecting factors.
Services available include free individual therapy, case management and resource assistance, workshops, and more.
Survivor Advocacy Services' (SAS) mission is to provide confidential support and prevention education, and promote advocacy for individuals impacted by sexual violence, dating/domestic abuse and stalking in the Cal Poly Pomona community.
