One Word to Describe CPP: “Dynamic. The hands-on learning and internships offered through partnerships prepare students for the workforce.”

Justin is driven to make a positive impact on the world and sees education as the tool to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effect change. Focusing on information technology, Justin has learned to analyze complicated data sets that can inform business decisions and also leveraging technology to increase productivity. A summer internship at a software development firm provided real-world experience in creating a new product, research, designing user interfaces and usability testing. “Exploring new technology and seeing how they might be applied to enhance people’s lives have always been my passions. I have experimented for endless hours programming languages like Python and Java. Taking part in code challenges at hackathons have also allowed me to work with other developers on challenging tasks in a friendly rivalry.” He plans to start his own tech ventures that will create job opportunities for others and cites mentorship as a motivating goal to contribute to the development of his community.
