PolyTransfer Spring Transition Program

About

The PolyTransfer Spring Transition Program is designed for incoming transfer students to develop a sense of belonging to Cal Poly Pomona (CPP) through engagement with their peers, CPP faculty, staff, and resources as well as guided support in applying to a California State University (CSU). Through participation in this program, incoming transfer students will learn more about the CPP community and how to be successful at CPP before their semester.

This year’s PolyTransfer Spring Transition Program will be held at Cal Poly Pomona on Saturday, January 20th.

Learning Outcomes
• Students will be able to identify resources for transfer students at CPP 
 
• Students will develop a sense of belonging within Cal Poly Pomona and the PolyTransfer Program 
• Students will develop a transfer support network comprised of peers, staff, and faculty from diverse backgrounds 
• Students will be able to reflect on their career and major goals
