Policy Statement:
It is the policy of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona to review the employees included in the Management Personnel Plan (MPP) to (1) provide objective and specific information regarding individual and organizational performance; and to (2) provide information and suggestions for improving and optimizing organizational performance.
