There's no better way to enjoy your college experience than living on campus in residence halls, suites, or apartments in the University Village. You'll find plenty of opportunities to build friendships and immerse yourself in our diverse campus culture. You'll have quick access to your professors, the library, computer labs, dining halls and recreational facilities. You won't have to deal with commuting and parking, which means more time for all the other pursuits that make college fulfilling and fun.

Residence Hall Housing Application

Students are required to complete a housing application through the CPP Housing Portal in order to live on campus. Once you have paid your initial housing payment and received your room assignment, you will select your meal plan and sign your contract.

Housing Portal

The CPP Housing Portal is where you can apply for on-campus housing with University Housing Services. As a current resident, you will be able to submit work orders and common student requests, such as a change to your meal plan or room assignment.
Residence Halls

Residence Hall Mailing Address

Postal mail and any packages from USPS, FedEX, UPS, etc. are delivered to the main office. Residents will be notified to pick up their mail or packages. Specific residence hall addresses can be found here, but student mailing addresses generally look like this:

Dining On-Campus

Resident dining provides you with plenty of food choices that fit your needs and your lifestyle. All combination plans include meals in the Centerpointe Dining Commons, plus options to dine in the University's other nationally known eateries. Whatever you're hungry for a salad, a sandwich, or a cooked-to-order entree - you'll find it at CPP!

If you find yourself in a hurry, you can use your meal plan to eat at several campus eateries. Dining areas are located on campus and are within a short walking distance of the residential community.

On-Campus Housing

There is a variety of on-campus housing options at CPP, including residential halls, traditional halls, and residential suites. For those looking for a unique college living experience, University Housing also offers specialized first year communities, cutting-edge sustainable housing at the Center for Regenerative Studies, and themed communities.

Our communities are within walking distance of classes, the Library, the Bronco Bookstore, Bronco Student Center, and other resources. Amenities include Fitness Express, satellite television, high-speed internet, reserved parking areas, laundry facilities and more.

The Village

The Village

University Village Apartments strive to create a safe and dynamic environment that adapts to residents’ needs. This is accomplished by providing a respectful and inclusive community with well-maintained and furnished accommodations, as well as offering an educational experience that empowers residents to participate and take ownership of their community.

At the University Village, we currently house over 1200 residents who are Cal Poly Pomona or non-Cal Poly Pomona students. We believe that the transitional housing within our growing educational setting equips our residents with the tools that they will need to grow academically, personally and socially.

Resident Safety and Security

Keeping our residents safe and healthy is of vital concern to University Housing Services (UHS). While the University is a relatively safe place, crimes do occur on campus. UHS provides a number of resources, services, and programs designed to help students be safe during their years living in University Housing.

Though UHS and University Police work closely to provide for your safety, it is our hope that residents learn to create and maintain a physically safe, functional, and clean-living environment in the residential community. Visit the  Emergency Services Webpage to stay informed about safety on campus and resources available to you.
