  • The Collins College of Hospitality Management is the first and largest hotel and restaurant management bachelor's degree program on the West Coast and is consistently ranked among the nation's premier hospitality management programs. The college started in 1973 with 30 students and two faculty members as a department in the College of Business Administration. The department was formed in response to the demand for qualified management professionals’ due to the hospitality industry's explosive growth.
  • Today with nearly 30 faculty members serving more than 1,000 ethnically diverse students, The Collins College offers a rigorous education firmly rooted in hospitality management theories and real-world applications. A customized curriculum prepares students for careers in hotel resort management, restaurant management, club management, culinary product development, tourism management, and special events/meeting planning.
