Building 98: Classroom/Laboratory/Administration (C/L/A)

South of Aratani Japanese Garden and NorthWest of Voorhis Alumni Park.
  • The Classroom, Laboratory & Administration Building, commonly known simply as the CLA Building.
  • The tower portion (98T) closed in January 2019, when the Student Services Building (SSB, building 121) opened and most departments in 98T were relocated to the SSB.
  • Students and community members can find many helpful offices located in the CLA Building. 
  • Designed by Albuquerque, New Mexico-based architect Antoine Predock in the Futurist style and completed in 1993, it has come to be the defining image of the university.
