Dr. Carla E. J. Torrence

Dr. Carla has been with CPP for 28 years and is currently working as a Student Administration Security Coordinator within the Division of Information Technology & Institutional Planning. She is an alumnus of Cal Poly Pomona, having received her B.A. in Behavioral Science in 2001 and her doctorate in Higher Education Leadership at APU in 2021. She is a past president of the Black Faculty & Staff Association and the Polysh’d Speakers Toastmasters; a former student mentor for Access and disAbility Alliance and served as a co-teaching partner for the First Year Experience Program from 2007-2018.
