Health Net Smart Care will no longer be an available health plan to CSU employees.

Employees in this health plan will need to elect a different health plan during Open Enrollment.

If an employee does not make a change, employees will be administratively transferred to Blue Shield Access +.

The Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) maximum contribution will be increasing to $254.16 with an annual maximum of $3,050.

ARAG will now be the provider of voluntary legal insurance benefits at a monthly rate of $16.95.

ARAG offers you access to local network attorneys who can help you address life’s legal situations. Plus, network attorney fees are 100% paid in full for most covered matters.

ARAG Legal Plan can only be enrolled in during Open Enrollment.

Employees currently enrolled in MetLife Legal Plan will be automatically enrolled in the ARAG Legal Plan effective January 1, 2024. A welcome email from ARAG with a Member ID will be sent to participants.
