In celebration of the establishment of the scholarship and in memory of Margarita P. McCoy, URP invites Dr. Lisa Ann Schweitzer, the winner of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning (ACSP) 2016 Margarita McCoy Award, for a public lecture.
