Cleaning of Interior Side of Windows in Student Services Building Scheduled

Summary of disruption: The interior side of windows in the Student Services Building (Building 121) will be cleaned on Friday, Jan. 24 and Friday, Jan. 31. The windows in the east wing that house the administrative side will be cleaned first. Window cleaning in offices and other work areas is scheduled from 3 to 8 a.m. to avoid disruptions. Windows in common areas such as hallways, lounges and conference rooms will be cleaned from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.   

Reason for disruption: Allow custodial crews access to clean windows before the building opens. Windows on the third floor of the east wing will be cleaned first. Windows in the west wing of the SSB will be cleaned once work is completed in the east wing.

How does this affect me? Crews will clean windows before business hours to minimize disruptions.

What do I need to do? Please remove personal items or belongings near the windows to avoid damage during cleaning. Share this information with others in the building who may have not received this message.
