Trenching Near Japanese Garden and CLA Tower to Start on Wednesday, Oct. 14
Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade project contractor will trench a section of sidewalk near the Aratani Japanese Garden and the CLA Tower starting on Wednesday, Oct. 14. The work will be performed weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is scheduled to be completed on Monday, Oct. 19. The section of sidewalk being replaced will be fenced off. Access to the Japanese Garden and CLA Tower will not be affected.
Reason for Disruption: Allow contractor crews to start trenching and installing duct banks in the initial phase of the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade Project that is underway
How does this affect me? Construction signs will be posted to alert pedestrians and drivers. Access to the CLA Tower and the Japanese Garden will not be impacted.
