Trenching in Green Space Near Rose Garden to Start on Thursday, Oct. 8
Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade Project contractor will trench a section of green space near the Kellogg Rose Garden and an adjacent parking lot starting on Thursday, Oct. 8. Trenching will be performed on weekdays from approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work is expected to finish by Tuesday, Oct. 20. Access to the Rose Garden and the parking lot will be available.
Reason for Disruption: Allow contractor crews to start trenching and installing duct banks in the initial phase of the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade Project that is underway.
How does this affect me? Construction signs will be posted to alert pedestrians and drivers. Access to the Kellogg Rose Garden and nearby buildings will not be affected.
What do I need to do? Proceed with caution when driving to the parking lot or walking near the green space. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
