Trenching Near Three Agricultural Units to Commence on Monday, May 2
Summary of Disruption: The Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (EIU) Project contractor will begin trenching near the Agricultural Unit (Building 30), Poultry Unit (Building 31) and Beef Unit (Building 32) starting on Monday, May 2. The work will be performed on weekdays from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The site will be fenced off and the work is expected to be completed by Monday, May 30.
Reason for Disruption: Allow EIU contractor crews to start installing the new campus electrical system.
How does this affect me? Vehicle access to the area and entry to the agricultural units will not be impacted. The work area will be fenced off and construction signs will be posted.
What do I need to do? Drivers and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching the trenching areas. Please share this information with others who may have not received this message.
